About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Workplace Technology Engineer to join their Service Delivery Technology team. This permanent role plays a crucial part in empowering users with the latest Microsoft 365 tools and ensuring a modern, efficient workplace environment.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Power Platform.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users.
  • Develop user documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap to identify changes and their implications.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth rollouts of new tools.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the digital workplace experience.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user functionalities.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online customization is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in IT service management is desirable.
