Coffee Workshop Engineer – UK Wide Support Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE Permanent | Full-Time | Workshop-Based with Occasional Travel

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the commercial coffee industry that’s looking to strengthen its technical support team. They’re seeking a Workshop Engineer to be based primarily at their central site, with occasional travel to customer locations across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and supporting customers remotely.

The Role

  • Diagnosing and repairing coffee machines in a workshop environment
  • Providing remote technical support to customers over the phone
  • Logging and managing service queries efficiently
  • Occasionally travelling to customer sites for installations or complex fixes
  • Collaborating with field engineers and customer service teams

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering (coffee/vending experience is a bonus)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence (for occasional travel)
