Overview Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for fixing things and getting stuck into challenges? We’re looking for a Workshop Engineer to join our growing team at Welfaux Ltd, a well-established and family run forklift truck company based in Wokingham, Berkshire. Servicing, repairing, refurbishing and maintaining a range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment. Carrying out diagnostics and fault-finding to keep equipment safe, reliable, and performing at its best. Completing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensuring all machinery meets high safety and performance standards. Working closely with our workshop team to deliver an industry changing service to our customers. Idealy, Mechanical or electrical engineering experience (in forklifts, plant, automotive, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair faults. A hands-on attitude, great attention to detail, and pride in doing a quality job. Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.) are beneficial but not essential. Experience and the right attitude are just as important.
