We are recruiting for skilled Generator Engineers to join our client s busy Farnham depot. You ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing a range of generators from 20KVA to 500KVA, as well as other specialist equipment, delivering first-class service to customers both on-site and in the workshop.Workshop Generator Engineer - The RewardsBasic salary circa GBP40,000 (dependent on experience)Up to GBP45,000 OTEOvertime paid x 1.5Specialist tools and PPE providedPension and healthcare packageWorkshop Generator Engineer - RequirementsElectrically and mechanically qualified.Proven experience in servicing and repairing generators.Strong fault-finding skills (mechanical and electrical).Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A commitment to high standards of safety and compliance.Workshop Generator Engineer - ResponsibilitiesService, maintain and repair generators and associated equipment.Carry out electrical and mechanical fault-finding.Identify and report machine damage accurately.Maintain comprehensive service and maintenance records.Communicate effectively with your Line Manager and customers to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on customer sites and in the workshop.Complete all paperwork and timesheets promptly.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.Ensure all repairs, inspections and equipment comply with safety standards and company procedures.If you re a skilled Workshop Generator Engineer ready to take the next step in your career, we d love to hear from you.
