Workspace Field Service Engineer (Mobile). We are looking for talented individuals to join the Southern team, working primarily in the South and West post codes as a mobile Field Service Engineer. The ideal candidate would live in or around these postcodes (but not limited) to meet agreed service levels.

As a Canon Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers—installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality service with a focus on first-time fixes.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Manage and optimise car stock inventory.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and a professional approach.
  • Advise customers on chargeable work and obtain necessary authorisation.
  • Accurately record service activities in line with company guidelines.
  • Be empowered to grow your skills and shape your career.
  • Collaborate with supportive service teams that value your input.

You will need

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (electrical/mechanical). A customer-first mindset and great communication skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems and managing your time effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development.
  • Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles).

  • Competitive salary – Salary up to £27,462 (Mobile Engineer, depending on experience).
  • Additional information – Our engineer fleet is transitioning to EVs; company cars are a mix of EV and Hybrid.
