1st Line Support Engineer - Office 365, VIP, Field, M365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Hybrid (Hatfield/London)

This is a fantastic 1st Line Support Engineer opportunity to join a leading tech company.

The role is Hybrid, with a mixture of time in the Hatfield office, working from home and visiting other offices around the London area. Due to the nature of some locations a driving license and car are essential.

Responsibilities

As 1st Line Support Engineer you will be working in Windows and MS365 environments with in-depth knowledge of Windows 11, 10 and 7, as well as Microsoft Office 365 being essential. You should have experience with M365, Active Directory and routine familiarity with laptops and mobile devices, and some exposure to Azure. Desirable but not essential is experience with firewalls, security, Active Directory, migrations, SCCM or SQL Server. You will be responsible for engaging with 3rd party and internal stakeholders and providing white glove VIP support, both in person and remote, with excellent communication skills. Solid experience handling a high volume of tickets/support requests is essential.
