Job Purpose:

Pre-input planning of customer aircraft line and base maintenance in accordance with MAA Regulatory requirements governing P145 AMO, including the creation of aircraft work packs, issuance of preload, task breakdown, and other scheduled maintenance planning activities. Providing full on-site Planning support to the Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Review customer work packs for content to ensure within scope of work as detailed in the MOE. Build and assemble scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance work packages, including milestones, resource, and critical path planning. Create new task cards as required, ensuring complex maintenance tasks are identified. Generate equipment summary reports, including access requirements, tooling, parts, and material call-ups. Identify work content requiring the services of external agencies and subcontractors. Review work content in detail, identifying complex, safety-critical, critical path, and other tasks requiring additional P145 AMO regulatory requirements. Check task cards for accuracy and completeness and apply task time estimates. Organise and chair pre-input meetings with multiple stakeholders for all base inputs.
