Join Bright Network as our Analytics Engineer! Our Tech & Product Team empowers the next generation with insights to connect them with leading employers. We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help shape and scale our data infrastructure.

The Role

As our Analytics Engineer, you’ll own and elevate the analytics backbone that powers decision-making across the company. You’ll design, build, and optimise scalable data solutions to ensure data reliability and enable data-driven insights. You’ll work with modern tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt and Steep and contribute to evolving our data architecture to meet a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and expert for metrics in the business, managing the single source of truth in Snowflake and Steep
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during new product launches to build bespoke data sources in Snowflake for usage and impact analysis
  • Support stakeholders in using the data catalogue to analyse product usage and inform decision-making
  • Promote data excellence across the company and share expertise
  • Contribute to architectural design reviews and ensure infrastructure supports scalability, performance and innovation

Qualifications

  • Experienced Analytics Engineer with strong SQL and dbt skills
  • Proficient in Python
  • Motivated to help teams use data to drive strategic decisions
  • Committed to learning and growth in a collaborative, high-quality engineering environment
