You’ll join a technical support team focused on platform-level issues across both front and back end. Expect to work on cases related to reporting, upgrades, cloning, and database tables, supporting users and internal teams in identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Key requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in application or technical support Confident with SQL – running queries, joins, analysing data structures Able to read and troubleshoot scripts – Unix shell, Bash, and UI scripts Understanding of web-based UI behaviour is a bonus Strong communication and problem-solving skills This is a hands-on support role with a focus on technical depth over ticket volume.
