We strive to adapt quickly as business priorities change.What you’ll doOperate key parts of a sophisticated data analysis pipelineMonitor and troubleshoot production jobsMonitor and work through list of data-related issues raised by the system, drilling into those requiring action, including looking into the codeConsult with developers to determine appropriate courses of action and make suggestions for improvements to the systemMonitor support channels and respond to user issues (2-10 per day)Provide L1 and L2 support for users and collaborate with developers on L3 supportOnboard support processes for new development teams and applications as the support team continues to expandWhat we’re looking for in this rolePrevious experience supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting high performance applications in the financial markets industryExperience working with market data or order data systemsExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with transfer protocols for financial data (FIX, native protocols)Exposure to object orientated code.
