OB is partnered with a high-growth, B2B SaaS start-up seeking a highly skilled Applied AI Engineer to join their Product Engineering team. You will pioneer the development of complex applications leveraging GenAI models. This role focuses on enabling AI-enabled software that solves business problems, adds value to the product, and helps shape the business AI roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer the development of complex applications leveraging GenAI models within the Product Engineering team
• Utilise the latest AI tooling to build software that solves business problems and adds value to the product
• Contribute to shaping the company's AI roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that impact customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments
• Strong skills with Python & FastAPI
• Cloud experience, ideally with AWS
• Proficiency with LLMs, Pydantic, LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration tools
• Computer Science/STEM background from a top-ranked university

Details

• Base salary: £80k–£110k
• Equity and benefits package
• Hybrid working, with 2–3 days a week in Central London office
