Based in our purpose-built studio in Banbury, M.A.D.E plays a pivotal role in the Mahindra Global Design Network , shaping the future of electric vehicles and advanced automotive concepts.

Our studio is equipped with the latest design technologies, enabling full-spectrum design capabilities - from initial concept sketches to 3D digital and physical modelling, A-Class surfacing and immersive visualisation. We also house a complete CMF suite, clay modelling studio, and dedicated presentation spaces.

The Role: Assistant Chief, Studio Engineering

As Assistant Chief in the Studio Engineering Department, you'll be the bridge between visionary design and technical reality. Collaborating with designers, clay modellers, digital sculptors and global engineering teams, you'll help bring ground-breaking vehicle designs to life.
