An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Engineer to join a leading data centre maintenance team based in Chertsey, Surrey . Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) across data centre environments.

Monitor, analyse, and respond to system alarms and performance issues.

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS and associated control systems.

Support the management of HVAC and environmental control systems.

Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Identify and implement energy efficiency improvements.

Maintain accurate service records and system documentation.
