Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Building Fabric Engineer on a 2 month contract, based in Leeds.\n\nRole Summary\n\nThe Building Fabric Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the physical elements of a building’s structure and finishes. This includes general building maintenance and ensuring the premises are safe, functional, and well-presented.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\n * To provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service.\n\n * To undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard\n\n * To provide technical guidance, assistance and information to other members of the maintenance team\n\n * To accept Authorised Person duties as defined within relevant HTM, appropriate to previous experience.\n\n * To work with a high level of multi-skilling and flexibility, to be able to run a plant room.\n\nOur Company\n\nRubicon Consulting is a Talent management consultancy which helps you to optimise business performance and competitive advantage by choosing the right people first time
