OverviewJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of plant rooms and HVAC systems within a prestigious corporate environment at Stockley Park. This flagship site demands a meticulous, proactive, and safety-conscious approach to engineering excellence.ResponsibilitiesManaging HVAC assets including BMS, FCUs, AHUs, VRF and VRV systemsPerforming planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across building servicesDiagnosing and resolving system faults while maintaining clear client communicationsHandling small power, lighting, and minor mechanical/plumbing tasksParticipating in the on-call rota for emergency and reactive worksCompleting documentation, RAMS, and working within permit-to-work systemsProviding high-quality customer service and proactive building walk-throughsSupporting additional building duties (e.g. porterage, minor fabric repairs) as part of a One Mitie approachQualifications & SkillsEssential:Familiarity with Health & Safety procedures and permit systemsManual handling capability, including working at heightsStrong communication skills and digital proficiencyAbility to work independently or collaborativelyPreferred:C&G Level 3 Heating & VentilationMechanical Engineering credentials17th or 18th Edition Electrical certificationExperienceYou should bring hands-on experience in a facilities/maintenance/high end corporate office environment and demonstrate competency with:Scheduled maintenance tasks (e.g. fire alarm tests, emergency light checks, temperature readings)Reactive repairs and first-line fault responseMeter readings, luminaire replacements, plumbing fixesAccurate work documentation using digital platformsHealth & Safety CommitmentComply with Group and site-specific policiesUse PPE and equipment in line with trainingTake ownership of your Health & Safety and report concerns appropriatelyFollow legal and statutory obligations under HSE and the Quality Management SystemWhat We\'re Looking ForConfident, driven, and proactive engineering mindsetExcellent communication, reliability, and teamwork skillsClean and professional presentation aligned with company standardsDesire to learn, adapt, and contribute to site successCommitment to getting the job done right the first timeAbility to write and follow risk/method statementsCompetence in statutory compliance tracking and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
