OverviewCivil EngineerLocation: Hinckley, LeicestershirePermanent – Full TimeSalary: CompetitiveAbout the RoleAre you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity? This role offers the chance to directly influence the success of large-scale housing developments while delivering complete civil engineering packages across the region.You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of design, compliance, and technical excellence, working closely with colleagues, consultants, and approving bodies.What You’ll Be DoingDeveloping road and sewer designs with approving authorities.Preparing and co-ordinating detailed Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 designs.Producing external levels and private drainage drawings.Briefing and managing foundation design consultants.Delivering complete civil engineering packages across the division.Securing approvals for Section 38, Section 104, and foundation designs.Managing Section agreements, inspections, and bond releases.Assisting with the discharge of engineering and planning conditions.What You’ll NeedPrevious experience in civil engineering within housebuilding or consultancy.HNC in Civil Engineering Studies (or equivalent qualification).Strong knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.Proficiency with:Highway Design StandardsSewers for AdoptionBuilding Regulations Part H & BS8301AutoCAD, Microdrainage, and 3D Civil Design software (or similar).Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.Proven track record of producing accurate and practical engineering designs.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary with a generous bonus scheme.Company car or car allowance.BUPA healthcare cover.Enhanced family policies.Generous holiday entitlement with options to buy or carry over.Pension scheme and life assurance (6x basic salary).Hybrid working (role dependent).Staff discounts on homes, building materials, and selected partners.Wellbeing initiatives and employee benefits package.How to ApplyIf you’re ready to take the next step in your career as a Civil Engineer, apply today and help deliver high-quality homes that stand the test of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
