As part of our Water and Environment team, you’ll help shape the future of water infrastructure through strategic partnerships with the region’s largest water companies. From early-stage feasibility and planning to design, construction management, and long-term operations, your work will span the full project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that make a real difference to communities and the environment. With multiple long-term frameworks secured across the UK, Ireland, and globally, we’re looking for passionate, skilled professionals ready to grow their careers in exciting new directions. You’ll join a team of nearly 600 water experts working on high-profile projects, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and diverse challenges.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed design solutions for clean water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects
• Support design-and-build delivery across multiple frameworks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Drive innovation and sustainability in water sector engineering

What you’ll need

• Experience in civil engineering, with knowledge in detailed design and design-and-build execution for water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects
• Member or working towards Chartership (ICE, CIWEM or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of design standards, CDM regulations, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
