We are looking to appoint an exceptional Civil Engineer to work across a range of projects within our thriving Civil Engineering team in Leicester. In this role, you will support the management and delivery of diverse projects across sectors including health, education, commercial, custodial, and residential. You will assist with technical specifications, reports, and designs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Additionally, you will conduct technical/quality reviews, attend design reviews, and site visits as needed.

Our Civil Engineering discipline offers a supportive environment with hands-on guidance and career development opportunities, including the chance to achieve chartered status with mentorship and workshops.

About You

You will be a knowledgeable Civil Engineer with relevant experience and a desire to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or equivalent in civil engineering, working towards a professional qualification
• Experience in UK development projects, applying engineering standards from feasibility to construction
• Competency in industry design software
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative working

Desirable qualities include a commitment to CPD, commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, good report writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
