My client, an independent, innovative Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Civil Engineer with a focus on Flood Risk and Drainage to join their established team of engineering and design experts, in the modern, industrial town of Warrington.

Essential Criteria:

A Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivlent relevant qualification) A keen interest in flood risk and drainage Demonstrable experience of having worked in a design-based role, in a consultancy setting Experience of working with flood risk and drainage strategies, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) Good working knowledge of the relevant Section Agreements (including S38, S104, S106, etc.) Competent in the use of Flood Modeller, InfoDrainage, and a range of similar software packages The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team A willingness to learn and develop technical skills through hands-on experienceIt would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Civil Engineer to have the following:
