Commercial Gas Engineer - Central Belt - Salary up to £47,000 - Door to door travel - OT at 1.5 and 2.0 with fully expensed company van
CBW is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management company working throughout Scotland with occasional travel to the North of England.  This position will see you paid door to door and overtime available at 1.5 and 2.0.
Key Responsibilities:
\n Perform service, repair, and maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties.
\n
\n
Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance work.
\n
\n
Conduct smaller installations independently.
\n
\n
Diagnose faults and determine the best solutions for repair or replacement.
\n
\n
Order and fit necessary parts or components as required.
\n
\n
Maintain various commercial gas systems and ensure full functionality.
\n
\n
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
\n
\n
About You:
\n Experienced in commercial maintenance.
\n
\n
Possess valid commercial gas qualifications (essential). plus LPG and Oil tickets
\n
\n
Post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance-focused role.
\n
\n
Confident working independently on fault finding and repairs.
\n
\n
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.
\n
\n
Proven track record in maintaining commercial buildings and systems.
\n
\n
Salary & Package:
\n Competitive basic salary up to £47,000
\n
Call out rate
\n
Door to door travel
\n
Overtime at 1.5 and 2.0 on Sundays
\n
