This position will see you paid door to door and overtime available at 1.5 and 2.0. \n\n Key Responsibilities:\nPerform service, repair, and maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties.\n\nDeliver both reactive and planned maintenance work.\n\nConduct smaller installations independently.\n\nDiagnose faults and determine the best solutions for repair or replacement.\n\nOrder and fit necessary parts or components as required.\n\nMaintain various commercial gas systems and ensure full functionality.\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.\n\nAbout You:\nExperienced in commercial maintenance.\n\nPossess valid commercial gas qualifications (essential).\n\nPost-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance-focused role.\n\nConfident working independently on fault finding and repairs.\n\nStrong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.\n\nProven track record in maintaining commercial buildings and systems.\n\nSalary & Package:\nCompetitive basic salary up to £45,000\nCall out rate\nDoor to door travel\nOvertime at 1.5 and 2.0 on Sundays\n33 days holiday\nCompany pension scheme\nTablet and work phone provided\nFull company uniform supplied\nCompany van and fuel card
