  • Leading the development and implementation of business metrics and reporting systems.
  • Setting up and governing CI reviews to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Developing and executing Continuous Improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Supporting root cause analysis for supplied products and internal defects.
  • Reducing rework, concessions, and non-conformances using structured methods (8D, PDCA, DMAIC).
  • Implementing process controls and improving process capability.
  • Establishing and maintaining standard work for core processes.
  • Facilitating improvement activities within manufacturing operations.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Lean tools, Six Sigma, and change management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for Continuous Improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience working in or supporting operations within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to lead teams outside your direct reporting line.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and the 7 Quality tools.
  • Hands-on experience leading problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience managing projects or improvements from start to finish.
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing, logistics, or engineering processes.

What We Can Offer You

  • Company bonus: up to £2,500 (performance based).
  • Pension: maximum total contribution (employer + employee) up to 14%.
  • Overtime: paid opportunities available.
  • Flexi leave: up to 15 additional days.
  • Flexible working: supportive of work-life balance.
  • Enhanced parental leave: up to 26 weeks maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave; enhancements also available for paternity, neonatal, and fertility treatment support.
  • Facilities: Excellent on-site amenities including subsidised meals, free parking, and more.
