The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The GTM team at Moloco defines, designs, and executes on the commercial strategy for the company. The team is responsible for identifying, sizing, and segmenting the opportunity, determining how our sales and business development teams go after it, and enabling them to be successful at doing so. We are alumni from top consulting companies, mobile disruptors, big tech, and ad tech leading organizations, and we optimize for growth for each of us and for the company. We value continuous innovation, operational excellence, and effective cross-functional partnerships.

Within the GTM org, the Customer Solution Engineering team (CSE) is responsible for driving the success of a specific set of MOLOCO products and initiatives, serving as chief champions and technical experts of our products. The CSE team will drive the success of our products by partnering with clients on technical implementations and building tools, technical processes and automation to scale product usage. The CSE team monitors industry trends and themes, prioritizes issues, and communicates key takeaways to product, engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both KPI and API and can combine the best of business and engineering. You are a passionate technical strategist who deeply understands the technical underpinnings of our products but can also zoom out and see the whole scope of a wider problem to identify long-term solutions. You have a proven track record partnering effectively with external customers, product/engineering and sales/marketing counterparts, enabling an efficient productmarket feedback loop and influencing long term direction as well as day to day execution. You build your perspective by both digging deep into the code/data, and incorporating market reality and voice of the customer. Ideal CSEs understand engineering best practices and creatively apply them as needed as projects progress from prototyping to global production scale, keeping an eye on speed to market and top-line revenue growth.
