Deskside Support Engineer

Overview
Deskside support engineer to work onsite for a client in London. Role based in London and requires on-site presence. This role is Inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side IT support with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Assist with on-the-day configuration for users, following documented steps due to complexities in judicial device setup.
- Engage and communicate effectively with users, including judges, in a diplomatic and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience on Windows 11 and key Office applications (e.g. Outlook, OneDrive).
- Experience in desk-side IT support or similar roles with strong customer service focus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage diplomatically with judges.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and travel requirements.
