Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code to improve consistency and accelerate delivery.
• Promote a culture of monitoring and metrics-driven decisions to support data-led development and operations.
• Deliver high-impact automation solutions to streamline the developer experience across key workflows including identity, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed modern security practices into delivery pipelines and infrastructure strategies.
• Play a key role in agile ceremonies and team collaboration, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a learning culture across the team.

Qualifications

• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for innovation.
• A strong commitment to collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• The ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development—both for yourself and your team.
• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major programming language (Python preferred), with the flexibility to adapt and learn quickly.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and developer experience tooling.
• Proven track record working with AWS technologies and Zero Trust security models.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience supporting production systems.
• Excellent documentation skills and an interest in sharing knowledge through internal and external communities.
