Are you a DevOps Engineer with a passion for secure, real-time communication tools and infrastructure automation? You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deploy and maintain secure, scalable, real-time communication platforms—supporting classified use cases and future-ready tech stacks. Responsibilities

Deploy and manage containerised services (Docker + Kubernetes) Configure and customise open-source VTC and chat platforms (e.g., Rocket.Chat) Build integrations: bots, SSO, LDAP, webhooks Drive CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) Ensure compliance via TLS, RBAC, OAuth2 Troubleshoot platform issues, provide 3rd-line support Collaborate on architecture, observability, and system security Strong experience in Docker & Kubernetes (prod-ready environments) Open-source VTC/chat platforms knowledge highly desirable Familiarity with WebRTC, SIP, STUN/TURN protocols Proven Linux admin and network/firewall config skills Exposure to secure enclaves, Zero Trust, secure comms Familiarity with: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis Qualifications

Experience with secure, real-time communications platforms Hands-on DevOps experience in hybrid environments Proficiency with container orchestration, CI/CD, and security practices Open-source VTC/chat platforms knowledge Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, STUN/TURN protocols Linux administration and network/firewall configuration Understanding of security frameworks including TLS, RBAC, OAuth2 Employment details
