What You Will Do

  • Engage in design tasks within a broader team, supporting on-the-job learning across roadside infrastructure design.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, share ideas, provide support, and address gaps as necessary.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff as part of a diverse group of individuals.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations with a strong problem‑solving mindset and escalate issues to senior staff when appropriate.

What We Will Be Looking For

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or relevant experience in technology design.
  • Either working towards professional registration or professionally registered with an accredited institute.
  • Domain knowledge in a relevant industry (e.g., power, communications, electrical, electronics or highway design).
  • Understanding of roadside infrastructure and design standards.
  • Ability to carry out design processes, including the use of design tools.
  • Experience working as part of a team delivering designs or schemes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other disciplines.
