Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDSDouble Days8 HoursYou will thrive in a high-speed environment and have a passion for solving engineering challenges, this is your chance to make an impact in a business that's always moving forward.What You'll Be Doing as the successful maintenance engineerDelivering both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown support on a wide range of food production and machinery.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.Working with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, mixers, ovens, and automated packaging systems.Supporting continuous improvement and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) initiatives.Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in line with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.Collaborating closely with production and quality teams to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.What you need as the successful maintenance engineer:Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills, ideally with experience in fault finding and automation.Recognised engineering qualification or similar - NVQ Level 3, ONC/HNC, or City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and 3-phase systems.A proactive, team-focused approach and a keen eye for continuous improvement.Training and career development opportunities within a growing manufacturing business #J-18808-Ljbffr
