We are seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Design Engineer to join a high-performing design team within a major energy infrastructure project. This 6-month contract offers a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the Manchester office.

Electrical Building Services Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & specification of auxiliary systems (⚡ lighting, fire detection, access control, CCTV)

*

Review client specifications and supplier technical documents

*

Approve subcontractor design packages

*

Ensure compliance with industry standards (BS7671)

✅ What You’ll Need:

HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Building Services

*

BS7671 (18th Edition) certification

*

Experience with Dialux, Amtech and/or Hevacomp

*

Skilled in AutoCAD / Revit
