Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and electrical inspections on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly and effectively to minimise disruption
* Assist the Engineering Manager in driving sustainable and efficient plant performance
* Reduce equipment downtime through proactive fault detection and resolution
* Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
Requirements:
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production settings
* Essential NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* In-depth understanding of electrical systems, with a proven track record in fault diagnosis and repair
* Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and ongoing process improvement
* Capable of working independently and effectively within a small, fast-moving team
