A respected building services provider is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team on a secure and high-specification site in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer to work in a stable environment with long-term development opportunities and access to specialist training.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical and mechanical systems Responding to reactive maintenance requests and fault-finding Supporting small project works and system upgrades as required Working on electrical distribution, lighting systems, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and associated building services equipment Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activity Supporting compliance with health & safety and site-specific procedures Participating in the on-call rota and occasional weekend work (as required) Requirements: Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition) Proven experience in a multi-skilled building services role Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills across electrical and basic mechanical systems Previous ex...
