Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Mobile Role – Technical Focus)
Location: Central London area (sites within a reasonable travel distance across the city)
Salary: £49,000 – £51,000 per annum + mobile allowance + overtime opportunities
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a mobile team supporting commercial sites across Central London. This role involves providing technical support, completing finishing works, carrying out small project shutdowns, assisting with plant replacement programmes, and covering holiday/sickness across multiple sites. Site sizes vary, with teams ranging from 1 to 8 engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical support across allocated sites
Complete planned and reactive works, shutdowns, and plant replacements
Assist with creating and executing switching schedules
Take the lead when required, ensuring smooth handovers and client satisfaction
Support and oversee engineers on-site where needed
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience working within commercial buildings
Strong client-facing skills
AP, HV, or LVAP experience (advantageous)
Proven ability to manage building shutdowns and complex system works
