Electronics Production Test Engineer\n\nOverview:\nJoin a dedicated engineering team supporting the testing and diagnostics of electronic and electrical sub-systems and circuit cards during the production phase. You'll provide technical support to manufacturing test operations, ensuring targets are met for time, cost, and quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide test engineering support to shopfloor operators, including new test equipment introduction.\nTest and diagnose complex electronic/electrical systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit cards down to component level.\nGenerate test specifications, operator instructions, and technical reports.\nIdentify and implement remedial actions following production test failures.\nLiaise with Quality and Operations teams to report on test engineering actions and investigations.Essential Skills & Experience:\n\nHNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.\nStrong understanding of digital and analogue measurement and test principles, with hands-on experience in fault diagnosis to component level.\nExperience with manual and automated test equipment in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to produce clear technical documentation and reports.\nOrganised, with good verbal and written communication skills.Desirable:\n\nKnowledge of RF and microwave technology at subsystem/system level.\nExperience with high voltage systems and awareness of CADMID product lifecycle.\nFamiliarity with SAP and MS Office for technical reporting.Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
