Copello have partnered with an estabilshed engineering business based in Stevenage or Bristol, in the recruitment of an EMC Project Engineer.\n\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll be part of a project-focused EMC group working alongside engineering teams to ensure EMC requirements are well understood, implemented, and verified. This includes:\n\n * Writing technical documentation (ERSs, EMC Control/Proving Plans)\n\n * Supporting product development with EMC strategies\n\n * Reviewing designs for EMC robustness\n\n * Occasionally conducting informal testing or hands-on reviews\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n * Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar\n\n * Understanding of EMC design principles\n\n * Able to manage deadlines and work within budget\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Familiarity with military EMC standards (e.g. Def Stan 59-41, MIL-STD-461, DO160, etc.)\n\n * Previous experience in defence, aerospace, or similarly regulated sectors\n\nDue to project requirements, candidates must be British or Dual UK .
