Overview

In this role, you will take responsibility for implementing and optimising end user device solutions that ensure clients can work securely, efficiently, and without disruption. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, turning them into tailored technical solutions that make a real business impact. Working alongside CGI's expert community, you'll play an essential part in delivering complex projects, ensuring high standards of performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy & Optimise: Deliver reliable, secure, and efficient end user device solutions.
• Collaborate & Analyse: Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks.
• Manage & Configure: Lead deployments using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Innovate & Deliver: Implement Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) solutions.
• Package & Deploy: Build, package, and roll out applications to end user devices.
• Document & Support: Develop and maintain clear technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an End User Device Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MECM/SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, WVD, and application packaging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
