Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all fabric and building services.

Carry out a range of general building maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: Basic plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, unblocking drains, tap changes).

Basic carpentry (e.g., door/lock repairs, furniture assembly, minor repairs).

Painting and decorating touch-ups.

Tiling and flooring repairs.

General repairs to the building's interior and exterior fabric.

Conduct regular building walk-arounds to identify and rectify any potential issues.
