Overview

As part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer/ Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers 2 prestige sites at London Bridge and Canary Wharf. The role is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern days only 7am to 7pm.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
• Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
• You should be physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
• You will keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc and ensure a high level of customer service and will need good verbal and written communication and comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates.

Qualifications / Experience

• The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience.
