Responsibilities As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to support the completion of building and refurbishment works. Your duties will include: Carrying out remedial and general repairs to building fabric following M&E installations Interpreting snagging reports and completing necessary finishing works Painting surfaces, pipework, and boxing in services Minor plastering, brickwork, and making good prior to decoration Basic pipework insulation tasks Keeping work areas clean and tidy upon completion Collecting/delivering materials as needed Removing waste from site in compliance with environmental guidelines Liaising with surveyors and updating progress with photographs and status reports Complying with company QA processes and health & safety regulations Maintaining accurate record...
