Overview Fabric/Maintenance Technician - South Kensington | ££ Competitive | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm We are recruiting for a Fabric/Maintenance Technician to join a prestigious commercial site in South Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading facilities management providers on a long-term contract. Location: South KensingtonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Overtime available)Sector: Commercial Building MaintenanceStart Date: Immediate Responsibilities
General fabric maintenance across a commercial building Basic plumbing, flushing systems, changing lights, door locks, and making good Painting, plastering, carpentry, and cleaning plant rooms Assisting M&E engineers with site tasks Quoting for additional works and liaising directly with clients
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in fabric maintenance within a commercial setting Skilled in general trades: painting, carpentry, plastering Strong client-facing skills and professional attitude Ability to quote works and communicate effectively with stakeholders Must provide 2 references from the past 5 years Own safety boots and basic hand tools required
