We're recruiting for a reliable and proactive professional to join our facilities team, working across a large corporate office building near London Bridge. Responsibilities
Carrying out general building fabric maintenance (basic carpentry, fire doors, painting, plastering, tiling, minor plumbing, etc.) Conducting PPMs and reactive works across client premises Supporting the wider FM team with site upkeep and compliance Ensuring H&S standards are met across all work
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar fabric/building maintenance role Strong multi-trade skills and ability to work independently Good knowledge of H&S practices Excellent communication and customer service skills
