Overview

This role is for a Field Engineer sought by Premier Group. The MSP has delivered IT support and consultancy services for 30 years to a world-renowned international client base with a focus on the professional and financial services sector, including leading private equity, venture capital, and top UK law firms. They are looking to hire a well-established Field Engineer to provide onsite and remote support to their clients.

The role involves growing the team to provide onsite technical advice and support to London-based blue-chip organisations, performing proactive onsite visits, and working closely with customers to understand issues and find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to clients.
• Perform proactive onsite visits, build trust with customers, and collaboratively resolve technical issues.
• Work with a range of London-based blue-chip organisations and travel to client sites as required (travel expenses may be reimbursed).

Location and Start

Location: Office in London (the contract is home-based but will include a rota for client visits; travel can be expensed). Start: ASAP.
