We are looking for a Field Engineer to join our global applications and deployment team. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge RF technology and real-world missions — deploying CRFS systems worldwide, supporting customer operations, and helping to ensure our products perform flawlessly in the field.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role requiring strong technical ability, adaptability, and excellent communication. You’ll work closely with our customers (including defense, government, and system integrators), delivering on-site support, training, and system validation across a variety of environments.

Duties and Responsibilities Deploy, test, and commission CRFS RFeye systems for customers around the world. Deliver technical training and demonstrations to users and partners. Support live trials, field evaluations, and proof-of-concept deployments. Diagnose and resolve system issues in collaboration with CRFS engineering teams.
