Specialising within the food machinery industry this role would suit someone who is looking to build a career within repair, service and installation of food machinery equipment, travelling around the local counties to manage a portfolio of engineering clients.
Field Service Engineer's Key Responsibilities: Support the company director in conducting on-site repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance for Metal Detector, Checkweigher, and X-Ray inspection equipment, ensuring high first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction Travel to customer sites within the assigned region, performing diagnostics, testing, and emergency services according to certified procedures Liaise with customers to ensure all work is carried out to their satisfaction in line with expectation Accurately document all service activities, maintain proper inventory of spare parts, and ensure all company equipment is kept in good working condition Follow saf...
