Are you a hands-on engineer with strong fire alarm installation and commissioning experience? We're recruiting for a growing fire & life safety systems provider who is looking to strengthen their delivery team with Fire Alarm Engineer to perform Installations across sites within the M25.

As a Small Works Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems, working across both addressable and non-addressable platforms. You'll handle multiple small-scale projects and ensure work is completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Install and commission small/medium fire alarm systems

• Work with systems from a range of manufacturers

• Review and interpret technical drawings and documentation

• Deliver high-quality work that meets both technical and compliance standards

• Provide professional, solutions-focused customer service

• Troubleshoot issues and maintain strong client relationships

• Keep detailed reports, timesheets, and job records

• Communicate effectively with the office on progress or site issues

• Maintain a clean and professional working environment on site

• Strong experience working with fire alarm systems

• FIA Units 1, 2/3, and 5 (desirable)

• Skilled in both installation and commissioning

• Good understanding of electrical installation practices

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings
