Base pay range

Fire & Security Engineers | London + Surrounding Areas | £38,000 – £55,000 DOE + Bonuses (OTE £60k+)

What’s On Offer

  • Salary: £38,000 – £55,000 DOE
  • Employee bonus: Up to £3,000 annually (tax-free)

The Role

  • Service, maintenance, and small works across fire and security systems (fire experience is essential, security desirable)
  • Projects include both shorter commercial jobs and longer-term site work
  • Integration work on Gent fire systems (training available if not already experienced)
  • Balance of service visits, remedial works, and small projects

The Person

  • Strong background in fire alarms (Gent experience highly desirable, though not essential with training provided)
  • Competence in both fire & security systems (security desirable but not critical)
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing project demands
  • Able to participate in the on-call rota
