Base pay range Fire & Security Engineers | London + Surrounding Areas | £38,000 – £55,000 DOE + Bonuses (OTE £60k+) What’s On Offer

Salary: £38,000 – £55,000 DOE Employee bonus: Up to £3,000 annually (tax-free) Performance bonus: £300 per job completed within allocated time On-target earnings: £60k+ Company vehicle: Choice of Transit Connect, VW Tiguan, or Toyota Corolla Travel: Paid door-to-door (D2D), provided site hours are met Pension: Government opt-in scheme Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays Call-out rota: 1 in 5 (moving to 1 in 7) Training: Manufacturer and Industry training support offered The Role

Service, maintenance, and small works across fire and security systems (fire experience is essential, security desirable) Projects include both shorter commercial jobs and longer-term site work Integration work on Gent fire systems (training available if not already experienced) Balance of service visits, remedial works, and small projects The Person

Strong background in fire alarms (Gent experience highly desirable, though not essential with training provided) Competence in both fire & security systems (security desirable but not critical) Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing project demands Able to participate in the on-call rota Seniority level
