OverviewPosition - Foot Mobile EngineerLocation: Zones 1 & 2. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Reporting Into: Engineering Manager.Salary and BenefitsSalary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Zones 1 & 2 travel card.25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.Zones 1 & 2 travel card.Benefit package.Pension scheme.ResponsibilitiesVisit 4 to 5 sites within zones 1 & 2 over a typical week. Sites include:Old Street, City of LondonTottenham Court Road, West EndKings Cross, NW LondonCamden, North LondonQualifications and ExperienceEducated to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, preferably in a mechanical/plumbing discipline.At least 1 year of experience at a similar prestigious site.L8 water management experience.Good all-round technical knowledge of building services and relevant processes.Good knowledge of the operation of Mechanical & Electrical Services and plant.Ability to interrogate and operate BMS systems.Knowledge of current technical standards in relation to Electrical Services, HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment.Additional InformationThis is a prestigious contract with excellent opportunities for training, upskilling and progression.Interested in discussing further?
