OverviewMulti-skilled Maintenance Engineer (M&E) - Foot Mobile. Role for a building service engineer to be responsible for mobile sites in central London; undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.Location & ScheduleCore Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pmLocation: Mobile walking position covering in and around London Zones 1-2ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance, as instructed by the Portfolio SupervisorPerform full mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance and reactive worksClose/update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance systemEnsure standards of workmanship are maintained to maximise the operation, effectiveness, and reliability of the building and associated systemsAssist specialist subcontractors\' requirements both for PPM and reactive worksInspect the condition of services and proactively deal with callouts/repairs as required and requested by managementCarry out tasks within typical building environments and at high level, working from platforms and ladders (all access and PPE will be provided)Keep and maintain all JLL issued tools in a safe and serviceable mannerComplete any other associated tasks requested by managementQuality & SafetyEnsure QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspectsEnsure site and health, safety and environmental procedures are always followedMaintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site worksOperational SupportMaintain the condition of services and manage callouts/repairs as requiredExperience with office/building environments; comfortable working from height with access equipmentProactively support the contract with a positive approachExperience & QualificationsWorked or currently working in a similar HVAC environment and familiar with the following equipment: Air Handling Units; 4 pipe fan coil units; Emergency lighting; BMS; Fire Alarm Testing; Lighting Systems; Plumbing; IPAF; PASMA; L8 requirements; Record keeping; IT skills (Excel, MS Office)Qualifications & CertificationsCity & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building servicesIPAF (International Powered Access Federation)PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association)IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, MS OfficeSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
