From day one, you’ll play an active role on live construction sites—developing your technical skills, solving real-world challenges, and gaining invaluable exposure to both temporary and permanent works.\n\nWe’re looking for a motivated and adaptable graduate who’s eager to grow into a confident, site-aware civil engineer, ready to contribute to major project delivery from the ground up.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\n * \n\n Support the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across large-scale construction projects.\n\n * \n\n Assist with the preparation of AutoCAD drawings, technical reports, specifications, and calculations.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with site teams to ensure design intent is translated into practical, buildable solutions.\n\n * \n\n Carry out site inspections and surveys to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.\n\n * \n\n Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support efficient project execution.\n\n * \n\n Help identify and plan temporary works requirements in collaboration with senior engineers.\n\n * \n\n Maintain clear project documentation and manage time effectively across multiple tasks.\n\n * \n\n Work towards ICE chartership with structured mentoring and professional development support.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering (ICE accredited).\n\n * \n\n Strong interest in construction and site-based engineering.\n\n * \n\n Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).\n\n * \n\n Understanding of construction materials and basic structural principles.\n\n * \n\n Awareness of CDM 2015 and temporary works (training provided).\n\n * \n\n Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.\n\n * \n\n Willingness to travel to and work from site locations as required.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence ( but not essential).\n\nDesirable (But Not Essential):\n\n * \n\n Exposure to design tools such as Revit, Tedds, or other structural analysis software.\n\n * \n\n CSCS card or knowledge of site safety practices.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\n * \n\n Be part of a team delivering real-world impact across major UK construction projects.\n\n * \n\n Receive ongoing technical training and support towards ICE chartership.\n\n * \n\n Gain meaningful site experience—not just office-based tasks.\n\n * \n\n Work in a collaborative, practical engineering environment where your input makes a difference
