As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients - helping diagnose and resolve technical issues while working alongside a world-class engineering team.

What You'll Do

Become a product expert on the company's machine learning platform.
Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, managing issues from initial report through to resolution.
Perform troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to technical teams.
Collaborate with internal engineers to ensure customer needs are met quickly and effectively.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the support process.

About You

Commercial experience in a technical support or customer success role.
A STEM degree (2:1 or higher) from a leading university (or international equivalent), plus strong A-level grades (ABB or equivalent).
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
Keen to develop a long-term career in technical support or software engineering.
